I can’t believe Thanksgiving is almost here.. I have A LOT to be thankful for! As I go into my sixth months of being vegan[ish], I am preparing for the holiday season ahead! Fortunately, considering I’ve lived a healthy lifestyle for awhile, so I haven’t felt pressured to eat bad during the holiday season for a long time. I usually get my own potatoes (without cream and butter), a little turkey and green beans. This year, I am looking for new options and I am so excited!
