Here we go again! A little late, but worth the wait and all of these are still available to be purchased if you are interested in trying. These are my HONEST, UNBIASED reviews with my experience with these products. This is an awesome subscription service for clean and green products related to beauty, etc.
Now for the reviews….
Complete Start Super Greens With Vanilla Protein Shake
I had been meaning to try this for awhile after I received it in my Organic Bunny Box, so it made a lot of trips in my suitcase before it’s up close and personal photo shoot on the day that I tried it. It has just a hint of sweetness, but is not really sweet and tastes VERY green. So, you need to like that type of a flavor. I like it, but I don’t think i could go this wheatgrassy green every day. Complete Start also carries a couple of other less green flavors, but obviously this one is healthy AF weighing in at only 220 calories and 21 grams of protein. I made mine with Malk Almond Milk because it is my FAVORITE and cleanest almond milk out there!
Full Ingredient List: Organic Pea Protein, Organic Jerusalem Artichoke Inulin, Organic Cassava Flour, Organic Oat Fiber, Organic Vanilla Flavor, Organic Brown Rice Solids, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Dried Kale Powder, Organic Oat Flour, Organic Wheat Grass Powder, Organic Barley Grass Powder, Organic Spirulina, Organic Chlorella, Organic Stevia, Organic Buckwheat Flour, Organic Quinoa Flour, Organic Sorghum Flour, Organic Amaranth Flour, Organic Flax Meal
I made mine in my AWESOME Vitamix that I swear by!
ECO Tan Invisible Tan Lotion
I have the Winter Skin option from ECO Tan, but had not tried this buildable self tanner from the same company. It doesn’t have a weird smell and the tan that develops is not super dark, but it is even and looks very natural. It also keeps your skin very hydrated. I would recommend!
Fitglow Beauty Lip Colour Cream in Beach
Fitglow Beauty is a really neat company that carries unbelievably clean products. I had not tried their lipsticks before, so this was a great opportunity. The color was subtle and very moisturizing. It did not dry at all and although it was not a matte lipstick, it had a light sheen to it that did not bleed. I used my 100% Pure Lip Liner in Chai to line my lips beforehand.
Java Truly Body Scrub
April’s Organic Bunny Box body scrub was SO great, so I was interested to see what I thought of this one. Upon opening the package, it pretty much looks like a bunch of coffee grounds. The pro on this scrub is that it did truly leave my skin feeling great, but the con is that it was SOOOO messy and left coffee grounds all over my shower. So, for that, I would probably go with the John Masters scrub from April, but it did do what it was supposed to do!
Petbiotics Pet Shampoo in Lavendar
Dante participated in my try out on this one as you can see. Not a bath lover, but this pet shampoo did its job! Dante was clean and smelled lovely. Knowing that I’m using a non toxic product on him makes me happy and feel as though I’m doing the best I can for him!
Give it a try..
If you are interested in trying about of these items, they can be purchased HERE at Amanda’s website. The neat thing about these boxes is that most of them are new and upcoming non-toxic companies so you know about them first!
June’s box will be reviewed shortly! Hope every had a super safe 4th of July holiday!
