January was my third month receiving the Paleo Bakehouse box, and of course, it did not disappoint! I subscribed to this box back in November as I do have a bit of a sweet tooth, and knowing that these are Paleo (no dairy, simple ingredients, nothing processed) was a no brainer for me, so I had to try. I was instantly hooked! My mother now orders this box and I sent one to a friend for Christmas and she enjoyed as well. I would highly recommend the subscription box! Since I will continue ordering this, I’ve decided to start the New Year off right and do a review each month on what I receive in my Paleo Bakehouse box, so here goes!
Acai Banana Coconut Mini Muffins
These little muffins were my FAVORITE of this month’s box.. They were absolutely DELICIOUS, and I wanted more (which you can order more from the website, HERE!
Ingredients: Almond flour, honey, baking soda, salt, coconut sugar, dried non sweetened banana chips, acai powder, unsweetened coconut flakes, egg
Amazing Energy Ball
Delicious! These were the perfect snack to grab on the go. Super simple ingredients and a quick sweet treat.
Ingredients: Dates, coconut oil, pecans, unsweetened cocoa powder, unsweetened coconut flakes, goji berry
Espresso Almond Cookie
These cookies were probably my least favorite of this box, still good, but they were a little harder, and crumbly, and what can I say? I’m a soft and gooey kind of cookie girl!
Ingredients: Almond butter, coconut sugar, egg, baking soda, espresso powder
Grain Free Goji Cocao Granola
This granola was my mother’s favorite this month. She got her box before I did, and called me to rant and rave about how much she loved the granola and wants more! Really good, SO simple, and perfect amount of sweet.. Did I mention it doesn’t have any grains in it!?
Ingredients: Pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, honey, cinnamon, goji berries, cacao nibs
SO, if you’re down to give any of these a try or get a subscription box, you can head to the website HERE and take a look. It will even prompt you to get 15% off of your first box, you can’t go wrong! Other notable mentions that I see available for purchase separately on the website are: Red Velvet Brownies (My FAVORITE from December box), and Caramel Apple Pie Pops (My Fave from November). Hoping to try more as the months go on!
PS These photos were taken from the Paleo Bakehouse website as I ate all of mine before I thought about snapping any photos. Sorry, not sorry!
Happy Monday!
