Loved this super easy and clean recipe! It was quick and served as a very light and healthy dinner last week. Brandon approved!
Ingredients:
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 tsps Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
3 tbsps Honey
3 tsps Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Black Pepper
Directions:
Sprinkle salt & pepper on chicken thighs.
Heat skillet on medium with a teaspoon of olive oil. Cook on both sides until full cooked through. Set chicken aside, discard juice.
Heat new pan on medium with additional teaspoon of olive oil and brown minced garlic. Add dijon mustard, honey, water and pinch of salt. Stir.
Transfer sauce to the skillet with chicken, turn on heat and stir to coat chicken with sauce for a few minutes and then serve.
Enjoy!
This took about 20 minutes total to make and was delicious! I made some zucchini on the side. The chicken thighs had the perfect texture and a hint of sweet flavor. So easy, let me know if you try it!
