As a vegan, I am always trying to find delicious sides and a variety of foods to eat. Veggies, potatoes and rice are typically what fills my diet. I tried out the Organic Healthee Brown Rice in four flavors and they did not disappoint!
I did a mix of different toppings according to flavor of each type of brown rice. For the turmeric, I added a chana masala with chickpeas on top. For the coconut, I added a coconut and kale Indian dish, veggies on the vegetable risotto and just had some sauteed mushrooms with the fried-style.
This brown rice is organic, gluten free, non-GMO and is fully cooked and ready to eat. It makes for an easy side for lunch or dinner.
I loved the coconut rice, it smelled amazing and was a good mix for the Indian food I poured on top!
The risotto was also delicious as it is cooked in vegetable broth and coconut butter. I added some sautéed veggies on top that I had in the fridge.
